Tammi Mac: The Actress

Tammi Mac continues to shake the unearthed grounds of Hollywood like an earthquake! Her national television debut was a compelling portrayal of the heroine addicted,  Carmen, in the Whoopi Goldberg produced and award winning drama, Strong Medicine on Lifetime Television. The role propelled her to independent film roles, where she continues to make strides in the television and film world.

Mac does not take her acting career lightly. She has studied the art meticulously and holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro. In Los Angeles, she continues to hone her craft, by studying with the infamous improvisation school, The Groundlings. Mac may be seen in theatrical productions throughout Los Angeles and has performed in the Will Smith (movie optioned) production of The Bachelorette Party by Don B. Welch. She has also appeared in the L.A. production of August Wilson's The Piano Lesson alongside, Vanessa Bell Calloway and co-starred with The Young and the Restless's Julia Pace Mitchell in The Hills Above the Hood.
